Did we ever establish if it's the one that's internationally recognised or not?
It shouldn't clash with polo, as Nuala said, polo is on in the evenings. Even if that weren't the case, polo is only on once a month and should be easy to accommodate, it's silly to discourage people from doing something before they've even started it.
How about using Doodle ? We can get everyone to plug in their details and see what comes oph it.
