Canoeing Ireland ADM

Hey everyone,

I got an email from Kris from Canoeing Ireland to remind us that the Canoeing Ireland ADM is on this Saturday.
Most of the club will be on the freshers' weekend trip on Saturday, but if anyone is interested in going, let us know.

Dear Club Secretary/Member,
In accordance with Articles 16 & 18 of the Articles of Association of the Company, notice is hereby
given that the 51st Annual Delegate Meeting ("ADM") of the Company will be held at the  Clarion
Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin 22, on Saturday, 20th October, 2012 at 11.00AM.
 
Clubs registered with Canoeing Ireland within the 3 months preceding the date of the ADM are eligible
to attend and vote at the ADM.  Clubs should try to ensure that at least one club representative,
eligible to vote, attends the ADM.
Individual members registered with Canoeing Ireland within the 3 months preceding the date of the
ADM are eligible to attend and vote at the ADM.
If you are unable to attend the ADM but would like to vote you may wish to complete and return the
attached Proxy Form to the office of Canoeing Ireland. Completed and signed Proxy forms should be
returned as soon as possible but no later than close of business on Thursday, 18 October 2012.
Proxy Forms received after this date are not valid.
Nominations for the post of Executive Members (x2) and Club Representative in addition to Motions
should be forwarded to the offices of Canoeing Ireland no later than close of business on 8th October next.

I can go if you need someone to go but you'll have to get more information than is present there. I'll also need to know what way you want to vote on any issue arising and since you'll be on the water you may want to give me a general idea of how you want UCDCC to vote.
