Niall and Diarmuid brought tools last time, I'm assuming you guys can do that again?

In terms of materials, the gear racks might need something...although we do have loads of wood to work with and I think Niall has a design thought out.

Other than that:
- glue
- epoxy (glue/resin stuff)
- duct tape
- wetsuit glue
- wetsuit thread and needles
- scissors

For a gear fixing bonanza and the general ship-shaping of equipment.

Diarmuid:
I'm hoping to be there around 12ish (this involves getting up at 8, grabbing breakfast and cutting 50 or so metres of hip height roadside, but I should make it) :)

Silage tape, a hammer and some WD40 and the boathouse will be beautiful in no time
