G'wan Helena, by then you'll even have been back out on a river and we'll have recaptured you as the river-scum that you are!

Here's some more information:

Quote
The female kayaking sessions will just be 1 day events. The aim of these sessions is to encourage more females to get into kayaing. The sessions run last year were a great success hopefully we can continue this success.

Session 1
Freestyle session on the Liffey 25th November
We will have some of the best female freestyle kayakers in the country teaching this session. It will start at Wrens next where everyone will get a chance to learn the basics. After this we will head up to Sluice where you will be able to use your skills learnt on a more challenging feature.
To Register
Buy a ticket for the event above
Email girls@tdu.ie with your name, D.O.B(under 18's only), ICU no., if you have your own kayaking gear and a brief description of your ability/ICU proficiency

Where
We will meet at the ICU Training Centre on the Liffey at 10 and head to wrens nest weir and then on to Sluice in Lucan

What to Bring
