Dont forgot your warmies: fleeces/and light thermals for under your wetsuit, fleece hats and swimming hats, nibbles and a flask for on the river.

Seriously guys remember to bring all the fleeces! Some of ye learned that a rash vest under a wetsuit didn't quite cut it last week. Pile on the fleeces! Make sure its all synthetic.
