November 10th

[Niall Finch]

Hey Hey Guys !

So we've only 2 river trips left this Semester ! But we're going to have an absolute whopper time on them !

So this week we're asking you to put up at least one thing you want to learn or improve on, be it a certain type of stroke or boat control !

We'll be meeting at the same bat time, same bat place (10 o'clock the boathouse !). Don't forget your 10 euro or your thermals - it's starting to get a bit nippy out there. We're waiting to see what the weather will be doing until we decide where we're going !

Also if you can sign up before Thursday, so we know numbers !  See y'all then !

Grudge match with my sinuses in progress, I plan to emerge victorious in time for Saturday!

Goals
1 consciously trunk rotate as much of the time as possible
2 sprint for long enough to get out of breath at least 3 times
3 paddle on edge for extended periods of time

...also outfit the boat I'm demoing so that it's snug, then go fly again!

[EllenMcG]
