Anyone who generally does rescue could you bring your rescue gear with you on the day you WILL be asked to help with rescue at some point on the day.
Boats:
NO playboats! NO stupidly long medieval creekers! please bring your normal creeker. Freshers please talk to your equipment officer regarding the most suitable boat to bring. please ensure it fits and PLEASE make sure that it has airbags!!

Dope on a rope is the guy attached by rope river left at the bottom of jacksons. Airbags I am going to pop by I-canoe some evening to get one for the front of my boat

Balls - I was half tempted to try a few Hail Marys (only if the levels stays up). Wave wheels and kick flips in a creeker it is then.
