Its not that bad, it sounds horrifically long (twice the length of the varsities long distance) but it's ALL down stream and there's always a descent enough release so its actually moving water
and with the weirs along the way it's broken up nicely! From what I can remember the worst part was the lake and the portage but only because I was WAY too hot to be paddling across a lake and then battle my way to a space on the bank to get out, after that it was a bit of craic!
