Same as sickline i think

Can't take club gear down it according to the constitution...

But there are definitely l4 instructors at Wacko...

Confirmed, Sickline rules. Limit is 275cm, mass production creekers and whitewater boats only.

Constitution was changed last year, rule was relaxed about club gear on grade 4.
