Hey guys, so due to the weather the last few days, the Liffey is quite big at the moment as well, there is a large release expected because of the rain. This means that unfortunately Sluice will inevitably be washed out, and that trying to do flat water training on the flat part below would be fairly unproductive because of the flow. So the plan is now to head to a Canal and get some really good flat water training done - hope to see you all on Saturday !  :)
