Sea kayak training

I'm looking to organise a group to do some sea kayak training. Would anybody be interested in doing:

• Level 3 sea kayak skills training
• Level 4 sea kayak skills training
• Essential coastal navigation

Would it be better to leave this until the summer? Better sea kayaking weather, dry rivers and so on? Also its week 6. I would be interested from June onwards. I have no previous proper sea kayaking experience.

Presume you're thinking of training on the East coast?
