Due to repetitive strain injury in my wrist and some form of cold/infection I'm gonna pull out of the paddling on Saturday. Sorry.

Simon, I'd love to give a hand with timing/organising, if possible.

Also slightly injured, still racing but would prefer not to do rescue. Can help with timing when not racing.
