Course:

Start in top eddy of Jacksons run in. Catch eddy to river left of bar stopper (you must be facing upstream before continuing). Continue over Jacksons. First one down wins!

Finch, Eoghan, Zog, Conor Mohan

Heat 2
J. Bizzle, Karen, Dave, Marie, Deividas

Heat 3
Ross, Nuala, Andy J, Matt

Heat 4
Bill, Mark, Rog, Cormac

Heat 5
Simon, Peter, Dee, Stephen

Top 2 mean from each heat progress to Quarter finals, Top 2 men in each quarter final progress to final

As we only have 4 women each girl gets a place in the womens final
