Le Mans: Line you boats up at the side of the river. Run to your boat, get in, launch and race to the bottom.

Ah! I had it in my head t was a 24 hour race...then thought that wouldn't quite fit with a Sunday afternoon start time :P

Diarmuid:
Slalom, wwr, polo, freestyle.

Poohy:
Polo, marathon and rafting please :D

Poopy Dick:
Sprint, WWR, Marathon, Rafting & Le Mans  ;D ;D ;D gona be a jam-packed weekend  :P
