We are staying in the IMC hut, 7 beds booked for the friday and saturday nights. it will cost €10 for the two nights

You can definitely do it with a dodgy ankle Ailbhe. Light walking and careful lifting generally all that happens.

Bring some paddling gear ie helmet, B/aid and your first aid kit if you have one. Also bring a boat for scenario's

Here's what is needed

Everyone will need waterproof over trousers and jacket ,outdoor boots. A headtorch . small notepad and pencil.  Small backpack also usefull for students to carry snacks and extra clothing.We spend up to 2 plus hours on outdoor scenarios and on the riverbank. A couple of kayaks and pfds would also be useful as scenario props
