Ive a set of Lidl universal ones too (the ones that go on roof rails, http://www.daciaforum.co.uk/forum/uploads/monthly_05_2013/post-867-136921083354.jpg) but im pretty certain they don't fit the astra. I'll have to check when I'm home next.

Just to say if you want someone to bring boats on a car for you an essential bit of kit is a least one 5m strap preferably two

Where: From Tralee on the 28th, returning to Dublin on the 30th
Spaces: 3 people
Boats: 0 boats but can transport other kit if needed!
