Yeah the van had roof racks too, so can take a solid 12 creekers :) great for when we're traveling and not everyone has racks :)

Trailer License (Category BE) is about 270€ for (Lesson (50€), Hire of Vehicle (150€) and Provisional & Test (35€ each).
If you are using a van you will need it due to the total load (Van + Trailer) exceeding 3,500kg limit, which is all a category B license allows you to do.
With the trailer license you can pull a total load between 3,500kg and 7,000kg.

I was thinking about thus after I posted above, a smallish van and a full trailer would probably be just under the limit
