I've my car down, it just doesn't carry boats ... ideal for people, just not boats ...

Its too windy for paddling in Clifden. Going paddling in Wicklow instead this weekend.

Ah here now its still only January, have to figure out varsites, ball boater X, Scotland (or Wales ) and the Alps before looking at Clifden over the summer.  It won't be one thermal and BA weather until July.
