Boat House Change Over
« on: April 25, 2017, 14:16:31 »
Sooooo...

We got a phone call from Suzanne in the sports office this morning and the move to the containers will be either Thursday or Friday this week. Sorry for the sort notice we only found out this morning. We are unsure on the day because the sport office are waiting for confirmation from an environmental cleaning company, that will be cleaning all the gear befor it goes in the containers.  I will let you know as soon as we get the details on the move.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED :)

UPDATE

The move will be taking place all day Thursday. There will be two committee members there all day to help  organise. If your free at all during the day to pop down and lend a hand that would be great  :discopaddler:

Any private boats need to be moved ASAP. Message someone from committee if thats a problem.

Should be free to help at some stage both days. Is official policy still no private gear in containers?

Just out curiosity, any more details on this ?

We are unsure on the day because the sport office are waiting for confirmation from an environmental cleaning company, that will be cleaning all the gear befor it goes in the containers.

What does that mean ?

What about the two trailers...

We have a hitch lock for one of them and long cable locks that could tie them to the containers.

I had a look inside the containers, probably best to sweep them out before we move in as one has broken glass inside it.

I could help for a while Friday afternoon.
