10am -4pm. She only said larragh didn't specify a section or river. I believe annamoe bridge/trooperstown  down to but not including jackson falls is the usual section for L4 assessment in larragh. She said she'd confirm exact details closer to the time

Yup, ours was bridge down to just above jacksons. Also, this date could work out really well for yous cause you could stay at the imc hut the second night and not have to get up early  :D

Also have a look at the equipment list. Jen really wanted us to have close to everything on the list, and also for it to be our own :P

Get bomber at Xrescues - very important. Get used to stern carries. Practice rope throws. Know your first aid inside out (you should already :) )
