The eight commandments of the Boat house

<< < (4/5) > >>

slapper:
Loads of paddling shops store boats on their nose to save space.Get a soft, but waterproof mat to put under the area the boats are stored and they should be fine. With the new gear coming in, it does seem a good tie to take out the old system completely and resdesign the boathouse.

I would help, but i'm a little too far away. Good luck with how it turns out though.

Diarmaid:

--- Quote from: "david" ---The storing them on their nose has a duel purpose, saves space and acts like a natural selection device. weeds out the ridiculously stupid from the UCDCC gene pool....

gene pool? are you suggesting the club should be reproducing?

damn you for organising cleanup on sunday, I'll see what I can do. if there's reshelving afoot some time I'll try to be there for that but I must warn you I'm probably the least handy engineer ever. after all I'm just a chem... I'll do the plumbing or something.

You've met Carl & Lorraine, right? And what are you trying to say about my nieces and Cormac's God Child?

Well........

Answer me.

kmck:
I don't think that he has Brendan, he may have met carl but I don't think he realises that carl is a dad and responsible member of society.

Diarmaid:
oops. my bad. but you must admit there are a great many ucd paddlers who should never be allowed to inflict themselves on future generations.
