hiking boots

a long shot but...
went looking for my boots to bring to Kerry and couldn't find them.  :cry: I last remember having them at freshers weekend  :? so if anybody has found a pair of brown Hi-teck boots (pretty cheap ones) knocking around their car/house/paddling gear could you let me know. cheers  :lol:

hope you don't mind me piggy back this but i have a long shot too.
I havn't seen my good lowe alpine hat for ages, i might have lent it to someone after a river trip
It's black waterproof on the outside and green fleece on the inside.
If anyone knows I'd love it back, it's the warmeest hat in the world!! and i miss it so...
