Jim has a mountain bike whice he wants to get rid of.  Only problem, it is missing one wheel.  I'm sure you could get a wheel for less than €50...

My brother got a bike in a shop in town for €75.
I know its over your budget but it had new brake pads, brake and gear cables, and had been serviced. It runs almost as good as a new bike, but won't get nicked from UCD the first time you lock it up.

The shop is on corner of Wexford St and Kevin St Lower.
