There is a slip way from the carpark behind the jim to the newq boathouse. Easy access.

Easy access, a full drive around, secluded and no fence to be opened by services if we're late back or on weekends.
Unfortunately, those wankerous bastards at Sub-Aqua have decided it to be necessary to install a camera overlooking the entrance to the boathouses folowing the 2 break-ins that were made to steal some of the nothing they keep in their huge boathouse last year.
Not sure how this is going to affect our parties. Rest assured Sub-Aqua will be of no help and be the first to turn us in if there's a hint of fun near their estate.

Sara:
We need to get our fresher girls to score some sub aqua guys, then maybe they'll let us have parties.
