Ask Roz about it, she had to put it into action in the dangerous enviroment of a flat. First aid is what they call now a days a life skill, a rec 3 or 2 can do you no harm.

Yeah, Brendino's rihjt. There should only ever be a maximum of 1 first aider pre group. any more than that's a liability.

I may be wrong but i think Brendino's point was that there are a few people in the club that need to attain thrire REC 3 or equivalent for certain certificates they are doing. eg. Level 5 Proficency, or any instructorships.

yip, I put it into action in my flat and saved a guy's life... it was two weeks after I did the course so everything was fresh in my head... I really don't think I could do it again after doing the course 4 years ago.

everyone needs first aid and the rec3 is a good one as many groups/clubs/companies etc recognise it. my two cents.

so when is the course???
