yip, I put it into action in my flat and saved a guy's life... it was two weeks after I did the course so everything was fresh in my head... I really don't think I could do it again after doing the course 4 years ago.

everyone needs first aid and the rec3 is a good one as many groups/clubs/companies etc recognise it. my two cents.

so when is the course???

can kate harris's name be put down for the rec 3 too. is there any sign of one being organised ?  i think it should be held in cork.
