I have a little bit of cash to spend. I am looking at new paddles. I may just go for studs again but want peoples opinions on werner sidekick, player. Looking for a straight shaft as I find bent just a little bit of overkill for the amount of time I'm on the water. Anybody with an opinion bare in mind, I like a very powerful blade as I find I lose alot of my effort on a smaller blade face. I like a paddle that gives a good intial bite but also carries the power through the stroke.

what are you using at the moment?? I've used joey's werner players and they're really sweet, a lot of power in the blades, they're almost identical to my double diamonds, and they're light,They are quite expensive but are solid.
