Hi everyone

Just to let everyone know that on on July 30th, the latest member of the future amazing Dempsey ladies kayaking team arrived.

Freya Dempsey, weighing a bouncing 9 lbs and 8 ozs was born at the Rotunda - oh my god, she's a nordsider!!!!

All is well with her, her mother, father, and two big sisters.

congratulations, wow a full house of girls you lucky thing!

i saw your car parked outside the hospital on my way to work and didnt see anything on the board so was a bit worried but glad to hear all is well.

such a georgous name too.

Oh MY GOD!! i only just found out there was another Dempsey on the way! ... let alone a born and named one!
