Thanx guys. Still considering joining team excellence but giving up swimming is just SO HARD TO DO! There are times when you're paddling on a river and you begin to miss the wonderful sensation of being submerged in the ice cold water while bouncing of jagged rocks. The addiction becomes too much to take and you can't help but pull on that wonderful jesus cord...ahhhh......
I have to say- i've fallen off the band wagon a couple of times- but next time...I'm going cold turkey
