This three or four-day course* is suitable for those requiring full Health and Safety Executive/Authority first aid training for the workplace and covers the appropriate syllabus for first aiders at work. HSA don't recognise the rec courses unless they are provided by someone who is hsa approved who covers the basic first aid required for your work place. Rec is a course of first aid designed for people involved in the outdoors. It goes through scenarios and first aid. While occupational first aid is what is know as a carpet course. You do it inside and just go through first aid.
