just as a reminder and for those who did not know. it is club policy not to loan gear to anyone who does not have their level 3 proficiency. this is a long standing policy put in place for safety reasons.

yeah but the level 3 is a myth too. I spent 2 years of my life looking for it, and nary a ghost of a whiff of it to be found anywhere.
