incidentally, since I haven't mentioned it anywhere else yet, I have to say that was by far and away the best varsities I've ever been at. Belfast was just before my time in the club, but even given the stories I've heard of that weekend I'm not sure this one wasn't better. I'm going to say Limerick was better, since I missed Belfast.

also: 8 hours of beer followed 2 bottles of liquor is survivable! who knew? although I and everything I brought to varsities now smell strangely of pure ammonia... not cat piss or cillit bang or stuff containing ammonia, just pure ammonia. can anyone explain this?

and i agree with diarmaid i was pleasently surprised with how great the weekend turned out to be. im glad i decided to go at the last minute. I also learned that drinking a naggin of smirnoff in 15 minutes is doable. I know that might not be alot to some people but it is to me!!
I also learned never to take directions off drunk diarmaid - ever!  :D half an hour to get to the f***ing UCD bus stop.  >:(
