i think the whole random posting thing is much more a factor of extreme boredom. i can only speak for myself but having a 4 hour gap between lectures means i need to find someway to fill the void (and no i cant spend the time studying) if someone could come up with a healthier way for me to pass the time i would be really thankful cos to be honest im gettin kind of bored of annoying people on here

You could write down your random posts on a plain t-shirt and run around to people you know brandishing your message. That'd be a much healthier way of annoying people. However, I found out that just... being near people tends to annoy them so maybe you could try that. Much less effort.

theres 2 problems with those solutions. 1st i dont have money to go and buy a t-shirt (who do u think i am? Roman Abramovich????) 2nd annoying people who i dont know isn't really that great an idea, they mightn't take it in the right light. even though i probably wreck almost everyone's head on here i can still feel the love

If you're talking about the physical contact, that's not love. That's not what people mean when they say 'love hurts'.

Yeah, this is a great place to spend those lecture gaps...

I've tried the Samaritans but they don't cater for serious cases like this. The only thing left to do is download our consciousnesses straight into the UCD site so we can exist here forever and ever and ever.

It's really hard to say consciousnesses, let alone type it.
