This weekend sees the second scheduled event of the 2008 Watertech Surf Kayak League.
Its in Cork this time, with the meeting point and most likely the event at Garrettstown beach.
Its been a long time since Cork has hosted a surf kayak event so all involved are looking forward to it.
This event is a more relaxed event than comp 1 with more time for trying out the demo boats and learning from each other.
Everyone is welcome, and the forecast at this stage is looking good.

www.paddlesurf.ie Event will include demo surfkayaks & waveski. There will be skills coaching, with experienced paddlesurfers.
There are plans to have a fun tag team comp for no more than an hour or two. Good to experience time pressure and judging.
All events to start 9.30pm on Saturday morning, all events will run over two days if comp finishes on Saturday coaching will be offer on Sunday.
