Now it is testament to Prijon's build quality that this boat's hull is in good nick (no cracks or other serious damage) rather than my paddling ability. Anyway, it’s time to trade up so the boat has to go to make space in the garage. Bidding starts at 150e....

You'll be sorry. I tried to sell mine a few years ago and when a guy rang up asking about it, I couldn't do it. I just told him it was sold already.

The spud is a great boat for irsh type creeks. Vertually indestructable. This one has a very high prestige associated with it. In particular numerous Austrian rivers and years of Wicklow runs.

You right joxer, this time i've over stepped the mark and went too far, i still dislike the spud, but at the end of the day; different boats-different strokes!!!!
