sluice today

anyone fancy ditching work/college to come paddling with me and dave? heading up at half 1

oh so tempting.... am off sick from work, but right now i get dizzy standing up so maybe Sluice is a bad idea  :'(

Dave B:
sluice is running at 21cumecs all day. that means three megs, then add water on the river from the tributaries and it looks like it'll be the perfect level! rock on!!!!

I'm not wussing out! If i feel better later..... i'll go back to work  :P
