Any equipment at all needed? Other than my charming personality and uncanny ability to produce chocolate at the most unexpected times?

Matt:
All you need to bring is your throw bag, helmet and buoyancy aid for some scenarios. Everything else will be provided

Well aren't we all alot wiser for that?
