Any of those dates suit me.

Nuala:
Can I just ask how many it would suit to have the dates as the weekend of the 26th and 27th and the extra day the following weekend (the 3rd or 4th of October) rather than the 13th? Not enough people have signed up to the dates originally suggested to be able to go ahead yet.

Please indicate if that would suit or not, as soon as you can.

Jer:
Actually those dates don't really suit me but the 13th would.

Ley-Ley:
If people can't do it, then why not do it all in October? More people might be able to do it then. Bearing in mind, freshers is the 16th and 17th!

Shirley:
It would suit me better if we changed it from the 13th september, but i'll go with what suits most.
