Ley-Ley:
Sorry no, I can't I have to write up a report that I only found out about today.

Karen:
Kat could you possibly drive then? Is Jody coming?

Options seem to be thus,

we could head up to the boyne, it should be running, or could check out a new section, the blackwater, it's descibed as 2-3 but the description sounds pretty easy. review here

Or the annamoe, maybe, there was 10 mms on sunday, and 3 and 5 on monday and tuesday, so it could be running, maybe.

Maybe the best plan would be boyne tomorrow and maybe balckwater friday?

JODY:
Or we could just go to Sluice.... Sluice anyone... yes???? Playboating???

I really dont fancy driving to Meath, feckin petrol is expensive!!!

Kat:
I'd probably be up for boyne / blackwater.  But will only drive that far once, and probably only tomorrow.  Also cars would have to be full or it gets way too expensive and then would prob just stick to sluice / liffey.

Just to note the blackwater seems very long 7-10km, where it says the boyne is down as 6km and in playboats that seems long enough itself.

I doubt wicklow would be up with those levels of rain if it was barely running after 20mm last week - but if anyone knows better feel free to correct me.

As far as I can tell, numbers wise, those who want to go tomorrow are
Karen
Kat
Niall
Jer
Cliodhna
Jody for sluice (not boyne)
Any others?

I can fit 2 paddlers and boats as well as myself.   But 5 4 people in two cars to boyne might be too pricey.  And driving through town last time to avoid tolls meant a 2.5hr  trip home :/

JODY:
I'm up for paddling 2m

Just dont think its worth the long drive for the river in question
