Hello ladies and gents. Just joined the club today so wasn't able to make the events tonight but I can make Saturday. I'm just wondering as a total beginner what kind of clothes are recommended? Tracksuit bottoms? An old jumper, stuff like that? Also are a change of clothes needed?

Don't forget an old pair or shoe to get wet in, not flip flops though!
