Introduction to Marathon Training Session on the 31st

Hey guys, Aoife from trinity has organised a Marathon training day for Saturday the 31st of october.

Neil Flemming will be instructing

Neil was a gold medallist at the Junior World Championships in Sweden in 2001, a silver medallist at the European Championships the same year, a bronze medallist in the U23 Sprint at the European Championships in 2005 and apparently he's a great coach too so it should be a good day.
