I thought th river we paddled in my first Kerry with Dave as capt was a great river. I think it was the upper caragh, massive bouncy wave trains!

i agree that was my favourite paddling experience ever, massive, just bounce bounce bounce. brilliant.

My favourite rivers in Ireland would have to be the Flesk or the Source of the Liffey. Unfortunately I haven't gotten to paddle either for ages. As for outside ireland it would have to be Fallock, amazing river from start to finish with an incredible waterfall at the start to get you going.

But behind them all I'd have to say I love the Liffey becauce thats where I learned to paddle.

Add them to the list.

I gotta say silverback run on the Day one section of the Nile!!! Big volume, big holes, big waves, pretty safe, all topped off with a beating on my favourite rapid Silverback, quick bodaboda, chapatti and another run if youre bothered :)

fav river so far is the glens.....was beaming from ear to ear when i got off it :)
