See you there for some awesome fun!

I can't believe they actually added you to the list, goon must be contagious over the web...

I'll be there.

Note: If there are limited spaces for logging hours on the assessment, it would be my feeling that those who are aiming to take their instructor assessment soon and need to make up their requirements quickly should get preference for the places, but we will try to accommodate as many people as possible.

I added him. He could be back on time.

Jer

Won't be there, got some work lined up which I can't really afford to turn down but it will mean I'll have more money for my new boat!

Also, could I put a wavehopper on the trailer?

Nuala

Yeah, it might be an idea to bring a few of the hp boats so those who want to do the long distance can try them out, and we can see which ones leak and fix them in time.

Even if we don't manage to get them out this weekend I'd encourage people to give them a go - they are interesting and you are more likely to win shiny medals if you race in one.

Well, money's tight and all. I'll probably have to settle for a Burn or some other Java knock-off.

kmck

They are selling the old style burn for 850 and 839 in great outdoors. You should also keep a very close eye on freestyle as every so often a really good deal pops up.

Kat

I should be there too - will drive out.

Of course I won't be there Leighton but thatnks for the confidence.  ;D

As for practising racing boats, you should try them all out to see if you can get the one that doesn't sink. You don't win races when you're carrying half of the river with you and you have to stop a few times to empty it. (fibreglass repairs are easy to even the most bizarrly of untalented idiots by the way)
