I can't remember now but in one film the narration goes something like " I don't know how people do anything less than a grade 4, I wouldn't get up in the morning".

The talking shit that paddlers do is hilarious! Everyone does it, some are just better than others.
In fact it should be added into the clubs training sessions... Team Excellence could run a work shop ;D Paddling skills are nothing once your off the water, its the talking crap on dry land that really matters 8)
