This Thursday 18th March 2010 I'm running an RSR 1 course for a few mates, a couple of the guys had to drop out last min so I now have two free spaces.
These are up for grabs and totally free apart form a €5 cert charge for the ICU.

The day will run from 10.30 to 15.00 at Sluice in Lucan, no boats are needed so you could get the bus out of town. This would be great for anyone who is looking to get an understanging of the foundations of whitewater rescue.
