Support Kayaker.

Hello,

Thought i'd post this up, got a text today from Dublin Mini Coaches.

They are looking for a kayakers for this saturday(24/07/10) to support a swim in Restevor-Warrenpoin.

They will provide a bus and €20 per kayaker. This is all the info I have, not sure how long you would be needed for, but if your interested, post up and i'll contact him.

If they are providing transport expect to be out for as long as the slowest swimmer. It isn't easy as you've to watch what your doing all the time while trying to keep the finish in sight. I did this a few years ago and the girl who I was pacing made a personal best but I then was sent back out by the organisers repeatedly for the next hour to shuttle other swimmers in. Exhausting isn't the word for it but all in all it is fun and you do learn something about swimmers. They're insane. This is what you can expect to do for this one as well.
