This Saturday will be even better!!! DO COME, even if you haven't been on a trip yet dont be nervous to come along for the first time! EVERYONE is always WELCOME!  :)

Same story as every week, meet at the boathouse at 10 on Saturday (See map in tab top of page).

Bring- Thermals i.e. Fleeces (not woolen or cotton, but all artificial/man made materials), tights (not woolen or cotton again, they can keep you really warm on the river although you wouldnt think it), togs, old shoes or any gear you might have (we have wetsuits and everything else if you don't, usually people bring a few spare thermals in case someone has none too)
It costs €10 (bus, gear, instructors etc included) and the location will be posted here in the next few days!
