This is the last trip before the Christmas party (I want to go to a party!) and kris kindle, (I want to be in the kris kindle!) so to get ourselves in the mood bring your santa hats!

I will try to make it so long as it is a wicklow trip! Driving myself from home so won't be at the boathouse will see you at the get in. Will bring a flask of hotstuff of lovelness(whatever the nieces leave in the way of dilute)

yeah i'm there!! why can't we get some something at the top of the avonmore and have constant water...i think some civil engineers could put themselves to good use...

There is a lake. However rain patterns have changed over the last ten years, leading to heavy rainfall events but spaced out. There has also been a reduction in the bog around wicklow, the bog acted like a shock absorber and kept the rivers feed with a constant stream rather than a flash flood scenario.

I was so excited and thought that I might actually be able to go, but then I remembered that I have a meeting on Saturday afternoon at 3 >:(
