Once again, I will not be out this weekend as I cannot justify a day off to go to the boyne. Shame really as I was really looking forward to it as well. Now will just have to look forward to giving Leighton an awesome clip round the ear ;)

This is gonna be a cold one, with the forecast saying there'll be temperatures of around 1-2 degrees.

So for everyone to have a good day, remember to BRING LOADS OF WARM CLOTHES FOR THE RIVER AND FOR AFTER!!! You're gonna want to WRAP UP WELL!

Bring FLEECES, POLYESTER TOPS, TIGHTS, WOOLY HATS, AND NO COTTON!!!!
