What engineering building can you see the beach from?

Main engineering building third floor. Front of the building the back of the builiding faces towards the bar. It was supposed to be twice the size but that's never going to happen now.

Rachel:
I'm up for this!.. if it's happening. Who has surf boards?

Douchier:
Ugh, sounds salty, windy and just generally horrible. The surf isn't even predicted to be too big.
Why not just go to Sluice? it's running the whole time theses days.
